GOSH Compagnons belongs to Georgio Iankov and nealvdv together. Whoever builds as a Compagnon through GOSH builds under this charter. It applies to every assignment, large or small.

Trained and reviewed
A Compagnon earned the rank at Atelier by nealvdv and proves it in a trial assignment. Every delivery goes to nealvdv first: function, speed, security, accessibility and the texts in every language.
One price, one contract
The client has one agreement and one invoice, from GOSH. The same fixed price and the same commitments, whoever does the work. The Compagnon receives a fee agreed in advance and never asks the client for anything directly.
Confidentiality
What a Compagnon sees of a client stays with GOSH: data, figures, plans, access. Every Compagnon signs a confidentiality agreement and works with personal access that GOSH can revoke.
Honest about what is possible
We promise nothing we cannot keep. What is not possible or not wise, we say in advance. A mistake we report ourselves, with what we are doing about it. Deadlines we agree on, we meet, or we say in time why not.
Our foundation
GOSH works from a Christian foundation: honestly, with care for people and with respect for everyone, including those who believe differently or do not believe. That foundation determines what we make, not whom we help.
What we do not make
No content or applications that are pornographic, glorify violence, spread hate or demean people, preach another religion or worldview, or are unlawful. This is about content, never about people: we turn nobody away for their faith, origin, sex, orientation or any other protected characteristic.
Yours stays yours
Your texts, your images and your data are yours. You can always take them with you, and your site keeps working if you leave. A Compagnon never uses what belongs to a client for anything else.
Freedom of conscience
What a Compagnon believes or does privately plays no part in selection, assessment or the end of the collaboration. Anyone who does not want to take an assignment for reasons of conscience says so; it is never held against them.
If something goes wrong
If something goes wrong, Georgio is your contact and nealvdv reviews the work. If a Compagnon falls ill or stops, a second Compagnon who knows the project takes over, with the same commitments.
Who signs
Every Compagnon signs this charter together with the framework agreement, before their first assignment. Georgio and nealvdv sign too: it applies to them as well.
