Who we are
GOSH is a digital agency in Belgium, run by Georgio Iankov. GOSH is the controller of the personal data that comes in through this website. For any question about your data, reach us at the email address at the bottom of this page.
What data and why
When you fill in the project form, we process your name, company, email address, phone number and what you tell us, to reply and prepare a proposal (steps before a contract, at your request: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you are a client, we process what is needed to carry out our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)); we keep invoices because the law requires it (Article 6(1)(c)). To limit abuse of the forms, we count attempts with an irreversible fingerprint of the IP address; the address itself is not kept (legitimate interest: the security of the site, Article 6(1)(f)). If you apply as a Compagnon, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number, rank and craft, status, the link to your work and your motivation, to assess and answer your application (steps before a contract, at your request: Article 6(1)(b)). We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
How long
We keep a request while we follow it up, and at most a year after it's handled; what we bin is erased for good after thirty days. We keep invoices and what belongs to them for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can see your data, have it corrected or erased, ask us to restrict its use, object to its use and receive a copy. Email us and we'll reply within a month. If you're not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Who processes your data for us
Only the companies that run the website for us process your data, on our instructions: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Resend (sending mail). A data processing agreement applies with each of them. They are US companies; for data that leaves the European Economic Area, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework apply.
The assistant on the website
When the assistant ("Ask us") is on, what you ask it is sent to Anthropic, the company behind the AI model Claude, to write an answer. Anthropic processes it for us as a processor, in the United States, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We don't keep your questions, so don't type personal details into it.
